Ongoing Professional Development has taken more of my time up this week.
When it comes to being a Pay Per Click Freelance PPC Consultant and Adwords certified partner, it does mean that you need to keep taking exams to stay up to speed with developments and ensure clients are getting the best deal and service.
So as I took my 2 main Adwords exams 6 months apart I have to take a PPC exam every 6 months in order to stay a Google Qualified Adwords Partner (going to consolidate in March) and this time it struck me that the amount of talk of YouTube advertising was more than prior, it feels to me like Google have cracked the YouTube goldmine after many years of (in my opinion) a dormant giant having huge potential that offers massive appeal to advertisers with a system that allows advertisers real control and cost effective ways of brand awareness and clicks.
And now that we have so much to offer in terms of how we work with display ads and YouTube adverts it really has opened up a huge area of interest for me and my clients after being a bit cautious of its worth.
Anyway I can rest from exams another 6-7 months!
